Originally a C15 timber-framed and plastered hall house with a solar wing
at the east end. A fireplace and floor was inserted in the C17. Renovated.
Casement windows. Roof thatched, with one dormer on the front. At a later
date "Thatch End" was joined to "Dolls Cottage" by an infil bay between the
main blocks.
