Early C19, 2 storey terrace, 8 sash windows now with centre bars only, at 1st floor, rendered and painted. Rather low pitch pantiled roof, hipped left. Plain bracket eaves soffit. No 15 stucco shop front, No 17, ground floor sash windows without glazing bars, 4 panel door with fluted Doric columns below arched fanlight, and wood shop front with fluted Doric columns and
central entrance. No 19 wood Shop front with pilasters and central entrance, way through left.

Tinker's Hotel, Ancillary building, The Library and Nos 15 to 19 (odd) form a group with St Helier.
