Early C19, 2 storey, red brick, stuccoed lined and painted, plinth, 4 pilasters up to eaves cornice. 3 sash Windows and 3 sash windows on return, east, at each floor with glazing bars. Closed Doric porch with square columns at angles and arched panels up to cornice. Roof, part slates and part pantiles.

Tinker's Hotel, Ancillary building, The Library and Nos 15 to 19 (odd) form a group with St Helier.
