Farmhouse and barn. Late C18. Coursed squared sandstone with tooled ashlar
dressings and quoins; stone-flagged roof with stone gable copings and moulded
kneelers. 2 storeys, 4 wide bays; barn to left 2 storeys, 2 bays. In second
bay of house a half-glazed door; renewed 12-pane sashes above and in flanking
bays; small square window in fourth bay; all under flat stone lintels. Boarded
door and window in barn. 2 ridge and one rear chimneys. Rear full-width house
outshutunder catslide roof of 1½ storeys; central door in plain stone surround;
sashes with glazing bars, 2 with smaller sashes immediately above. Rear steps
to first-floor loft door, right of ground-floor door, both boarded in stone
surrounds. Vegetation obscures much of front elevation.
