Railway footbridge. Circa 1894 for North Eastern Railway Company. Cast iron.
U-plan. Wide elliptical arch, with triangular and circular decorative panels,
approached by steps parallel to railway line. Arched supports at landings.
Panelled newels, and simpler principals with diagonal bracing, support plain
handrail.
