Late Cl8, 2 storey, brick limewashed, toothed eaves band. 3 near-flush-frame sash windows, at 1st floor, one with glazing bars remaining. Ground floor, 3 sash windows, now with central glazing bars only. Entrances with cambered heads.

Nos 43 to 47 (odd), Peardene, Nos 41 and 53 and Nos 57 to 63 (odd) form a group.
