Late Cl8, 2 storey, brick, painted, 2 flush frame sash windows at 1st floor, with glazing bars, also 2 blank panels. Toothed eaves band. Ground floor wide windows, one casement and one 3-light sash altered. Entrance with cambered head.

Nos 43 to 47 (odd), Peardene, Nos 61 and 53 and Nos 57 to 63 (odd) form a group.
