GV II

Former carriage house and stable, now physical culture club.
Early C19, altered mid C20. Brick with stone dressings and
slate roof. 2 storeys; 3 window range. Central 6-pane fixed
light flanked by single similar lights set higher. All have
segmental heads. Below, off-centre blocked carriage entrance
with close boarded door inserted to left. To its left, a
blocked segment headed window. Part of the outbuildings of 14
Northgate. Included for group value.
