Farmhouse. Dated 1614 on lintel incised AE RA. sandstone- and limestone rubble
with quoins and ashlar dressings. Stone-flagged roof. 2 storeys, 5 bays and
left extension of 2 higher storeys, one bay. Square-headed surround, with
broach-stopped chamfer, to C20 4-panel door in third bay; blank above.
Irregular fenestration, all renewed sashes or horizontal sliding sashes with
glazing bars, flat stone lintels and either flat or projecting stone sills.
4-panelled door, at left of wide,set-back rightbay, in pecked stone surround;
pecked sills and lintels in this bay. Some blocked windows partly obscured by
c.1984 pointing.
