Terrace of houses. Circa 1860. Stucco. Roofs not visible. Almost
symmetrical terrace. 4 storeys, attic and basement. Each house 2 windows wide
except 7 houses of former centrepiece which 3 bays each, and break forward
slightly with rusticated quoins, as do end 2 houses to right (left hand pavilion
rebuilt). Channelling to ground floor. Projecting Doric porches. Triglyph
frieze across whole of ground floor. First floor stucco balustraded balcony.
Square headed windows. Centre houses with Ionic columns between windows. Stucco
architraves. Cornices to first and second floor windows. Sashes, mainly slate
glass. First floor French casements. Rich dentil cornice above third floor.
Subsidiary cornice to attic. Cast iron area railings.
