Cottage. C17 with later alterations. Timber framed with painted
brick infill and painted brick gables; clay tile roof; brick ridge
stack to south of centre. 3-room lobby-entry. West elevation: 1
storey and attic, 2 square panels to wall-plate and short straight
upper braces; irregular fenestration, C20 casements to right and
centre, 2 to the left and a psuedo-firewindow to left of centre;
board door to left of centre; gabled dormers to left and centre.
East elevation: C20 casements to right and centre; door to right
of centre. Interior: Doors on east and west sides open to lobbys
at each side of a false inglenook on the south side of the north room,
Inglenook fireplace to south side of central room, Victorian cast iron
fireplace to north side of south room.
