Farmhouse, now storage. Early C18. Sandstone and millstone grit rubble with
ashlar dressings; partly-rendered left return gable; stone-flagged roof.
One-storey barn at left, continuous with one-and-half-storey house; one and 2
bays. Barn at left has central door with monolith millstone grit jambs and
flat grit lintel; thin stone lintel and sill to small left window with glazing
bars. House has central pent porch with door in right return; nearly-square
window at left on ground floor, and smaller windows above, with some glazing
bars. Low square chimney at left of house part. Interior shows stair against
right gable; partly-visible roof-trusses swept at eaves.
