Building with C18 core which has recently been extensively renovated. Rebuilt
in replica. Elevation of similar height to No 14 but with lower ridge-line
to roof. 3-storeys. Brick with moulded string on 2nd floor. Modern tile roof.
3 narrow segmental-headed sash windows with architrave frames to upper floors.
Former shop windows and early C19 door have been replaced by a C20 plate-glass
shop window, doorway and fascia.

All the listed buildings in Corn Market and Market Place form a group.
