Bronze statue of 3rd Viscount Palmerston by Matthew Noble. 1868. The figure
has been cast in a standing position with weight on right leg and left leg
inclined gently forward; shown in contemporary dress (frock coat and etc);
left arm on hip and left hand holding a manuscript; right arm inclined outwards
and forwards with right hand open. Tall pink marble plinth below viith the
inscription "Palmerston".
