Originally called Salthill Farm. One building, now divided into three houses,
of which the centre one (Jolyon) only was listed before. This house is dated
1792. Two storeys. Three windows. Red brick and grey headers, patched on
the first floor of the south end with slate-hanging, eaves cornice tiled roof.
Glazing bars intact. Doorway with flat hood on brackets. Salthill Cottage
is a recessed portion of one window-bay in red brick to the south east.
Harrocks is an early C19 addition of two window-bays in red brick.
