Pleasant C19 building, One-storey and attic. Yellow stock brick. Slate saddleback
roof; wide flat bracketed eaves. Main front facing river is of 3 bays. In
attic storey, one window in centre with roof rising to form a gable above.
Sash window in reveals with glazing bars intact; flat stone architrave frame;
moulded stone cornice on brackets. On ground floor, sash window to either
side of large central porch with 2 Greek Doric columns flanked at either end
by a square pillar; end pilasters. Entablature comprising frieze, moulded
cornice and blocking course.
