Mid C19. Late Regency stucco villa of symmetrical design. Two-storeys, basement.
Five windows to first floor, 2 bays and central doorway to ground floor. Slate
hipped roof with wide eaves. Elevation has end pilasters, plain architraves to
first floor windows, first floor band, rusticated ground floor plinth. Entablature
ties bays to doorway which has coupled pilasters. Plinth level podium with urns
flank central staircase. Panel beneath bay windows and first floor centre window.
Good iron rails to side boundaries.
