House. Circa 1714. Red brick. Hipped red plain tiled roof. Four
symmetrically placed red brick chimney stacks. Central two storeys, attics and
basement block. Two storey extensions with parapets to right and left, basement
to left extension. Five flat headed dormers to main block and a parapet with
moulded cornice. Central band carried through. First floor 1:7:1, ground floor
1:6:1, basement 1:6:0 window ranges of vertically sliding sashes, those to
extension first floors blocked, all with gauged brick arches. Three steps
approach the central panelled door with reveal panels. Plain pilasters and
Ionic columns support the flat stone canopy with moulded frieze and dentilled
cornice. Rear elevation with large central two storey bay with pyramidal roof.
