Dated 1899 but in the Georgian idiom. Three storeys. Two windows.
Stone, ground floor rusticated. Flanking pilasters above the
rustication. Cornice and parapet, stepped up in the centre and at
the ends. Windows arranged in pairs. Formerly the Royal Bank of
Scotland.
