C18. Red brick facades with grey headers, No 14 painted brick. Tiled roofs. 2
storeys and attic, 1 window and 1 dormer each, sashes with glazing bars intact
except for unbarred top 2 windows of No 13. Doorways in moulded architraves with
flat bracketed hoods but No 14 has now inserted Georgian door with pediment and
pilasters. 6 panelled doors with top 2 panels glazed. No 16 has modern panelled
door. Round arched entrance to rear between Nos 14 and 15.

All the listed buildings in Captains´ Row form a group with Alma Cottage, Grove Road.
