Circa 1830 to 40 villa. Three storeys stucco faced. Low pitch slate
hipped slate roof, eaves cornice. Four windows, two to central main
block flanked by pilasters. Two storey wings set back each side,
of one window with cornice and parapet. Windows recessed, and on
second floor: sashes, later glazing bars. Continuous cast iron balcony
to first floor carried back onto wings, supported by slender iron
columns with hood to centre portion on similar columns. French
windows to first and ground floors. Verandah on ground floor with
recess beneath the balcony of the wings.

Nos 22 to 24 (consec) with Nelson Mansions on the corner of
Nelson Place form a group.
