Circa 1840 villa. Three storeys and semi basement stucco faced.
Moulded string to second floor. Low pitch hipped slate roof, wide
eaves. Three windows second floor, five to other floors three in
stuccoed canted bay added to East with cornice and blocking course.
Windows recessed, sash, most of glazing bars intact, architrave
surrounds, block sills. Ornate bracketed cast iron Victorian
balcony to first floor of bay. Two storeyed entrance bay of one
window set back to West. Recessed door of four moulded panels,
Round headed entrance flanked on West side only by pilaster, archi-
trave over. Flight of eight steps with stucco parapet on West side
with capped pier.

Nos 22 to 24 (consec) with Nelson Mansions on the corner
of Nelson Place form a group.
