NY 04 SE ALLONBY THE SQUARE Allonby

6/12 Rozenhof House (Nos. 1 & 2) and 11.4.67 Roseacre (Formerly listed as Rose Cottage II Ivyholme and Roseacre)

House divided into 3. Early C19. Roughcast walls, with angle pilasters and eaves modillions, on moulded plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with lead hips; painted incised stucco chimney stacks. Single storey, 2 bays, with 2-storey, single-bay wings, that to left now Roseacre and that to right No. 2, all under common roof. Top-glazed panelled door with overlight within tetrastyle Tuscan porch, wood-framed bay windows. Wings have sash windows with glazing bars. Roseacre has C20 door, all in painted stone surrounds.
