Early C19, formerly known as The Grove. 2 storey, stucco, slate roof,
hipped. Enclosed entrance loggia arcade with 4 Doric columns and entablature
with balustrade and balcony over 3 arches and central pair of glazed doors,
window to match each side. Main cornice with scroll modillions. 3 windows,
to balcony with architraves, 3 grouped windows to ground floor, with
slightly projecting cases. 1st floor band. Sashes with centre glazing
bars only except to 2 storey 4 window ancillary wing left, with sashes
with glazing bars.
