Coach house and cottage, now a house. Mid C18, mid and late C19.
Dressed stone, partly rendered, with steep pitched pantile roof.
Ashlar dressings. Coped gables with kneelers. 2 gable, 2 ridge
and single rear wall stacks. Single storey plus attics. 6
unequal bays. Windows are C19 and C20 casements. East front has
to left, 4 casements. To their right, chamfered keystoned round
headed double door flanked by single matching casements. To
right again, casement with segmental head and beyond, altered
keystoned round headed opening containing door with single
flanking casements. Above, to left, cross eaves flat roofed
dormer. Street side has to left, door flanked to left by hatch
and to right by casement. To right again, late C19 lean-to plain
tiled porch covering 2 close boarded doors. To their right,
Yorkshire sash and C20 bow window. Above, flat roofed cross
eaves dormer. To right again, lean-to outbuilding and boundary
wall approx. 10 M. long.
