Timber-framed house dated 1599; restored and enlarged in imitation timber
framing. Two storeys. The original portion has 4 windows. Ground floor painted
brick, above timbering with plastered infilling. Two gables with carved barge-
boards and below them bays on both floors with 2 tiers of 5 lights. Two gabled
dormers between the gables. Tiled roof. Large additions to the south and west.
The cellars are said to be mediaeval.
