Early C19 and later. Red brick with some light headers, top storey possibly later.
Roof not visible. Building forms corner block at junction of Church Street and
Church Terrace opposite the Churchyard. 3 storeys. 2 windows on each street facade.
Sashes, some with moulded boxed frames and cambered head linings, all with glazing
bars and segmental arches. Ground floor to Church Street has canted bay with cornice
and late C19 glazing. Door with bracketed hood, reeded pilasters and rectangular
fanlight: 6 panelled door.

Nos 6, 8, Nos 12 to 18 (even) with the western workshop and garden wall at No 18
form a group with the rear wing of The Grapes Inn, Market Place and The Parish Church
of St Mary. Nos 6 and 8 are of local interest with the western workshop and garden
wall at No 18).
No 18 also forms part of a group on Church Terrace with its western workshop and
garden wall.
