Detached cottage. C18 and C19. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; doube Roman clay tile roof, stepped coped
north gable, plain to south; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Above 2-light C20 small-pane casements; below
2-light plain mullioned windows in beaded architraves; C19 bay window in ashlar with hipped metal roof lower bay 3:
between bays 2 and 3 a boarded door in plain recess; against south gable a one-bay wing set slightly lower; above a
3-light small-pane casement, and below metal garage door under heavy timber lintol. Interior not seen.
