Detached cottage. Earlier C19, extended in C20. Ham stone cut and squared, coursed rubble to sides and rear, ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch between stepped coped gables; one stone-slab and one brick chimney stack.
Two storeys. 3 bays chamfer-mullioned windows in chamfered recesses, 3-light to outer bays and 2-light to upper centre,
lower windows with labels; to lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched doorway with 4-panel door under moulded flat
stone hood on console brackets. A 3-bay single-storey extension to east gable, of mid C20, with further extension to
rear. Interior not seen.
