Circa1824-5 (title deeds), built as one of a pair with No 35 (qv). 3 storeys.
2 window bays. Welsh slate roof. Slate-hung, timber-framed front. Entablature
vith flirted frieze and dentil cornice. Splayed 3-light bay windows rise through j
with and 2nd floors with sashes. Later C19 shop front with console-bracketed entablatur
with dentil cornice; shop window with columnette-mullions. House doorway at west
end with arched fanlight and raised and fielded panel door. (M Laithwaite).
