South west aspect. Estate cottage, dated Jo Nelton 1747 on a stone on the right chimney. Remodelled c1849. Coursed squared stone with diagonal brick dressings and steep pitched renewed pantile roofs. Brick chimney stacks, the left one coped. Brick quoins and tumbled gables. Windows with mullions and C19 cast-iron lattice glazing bars. To right, attached coursed rubble boundary wall with gabled rubble coping topped with brick. (Photo Jun 2014).
