Estate cottage, now house. Mid C19, with late C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and renewed pantile roofs. 2 coped stone gable stacks. Tudor Revival style. Quoins, coped gables with kneelers. Single storey plus attics; 3 window range. Reglazed windows have chamfered stone surrounds and mullions. 3 gabled through-eaves dormers with 2-light windows. Central board door with ornamental hinges and wooden surround, flanked by 3-light cross casements. To right, a single storey lean-to addition with a 3-light metal framed casement with stone mullions.
