An early-mid C19 brick house (painted). 2 storeys. 3 window range on the south
front and 2 window range on the west front to Warrington Road. (1 window range
is blocked). At the north end there is a lower 2 storeyed addition with 1 window
range (the upper window is blocked). The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing
bars, in plain reveals. The ground storey windows and central doorway have stucco
cornices. On the west front there is a good Ionic stucco doorcase with fluted pilaster
and a modillion cornice. Roof slate, hipped, with a modillion eaves cornice.
