GV II

Warehouse, now partly converted to a dwelling. Circa 1836. Coursed and squared lias rubble, hipped slate roof,
pedimented gable on frontage. Square on plan, fronting directly onto the canal basin. Three storeys, 3 bays, small
segmental- headed casements in reveals, 2 on the left altered, 3 segmental head door openings to the centre bay, one
above the other, plank doors, that to first floor with hoist mechanism intact. Interior mostly stripped.
