School. Mid C19. Coursed and squared lias rubble, slate roofs to coped verges with finials, plain rendered stack. Tudor
style. Elevation facing onto churchyard of Church of St James-The-Less of single storey and attic, 3:1:2:1 bays, 2 and
3-light Ham stone-mullioned windows, 2 largest transomed, wood and iron casements to the lights, second and fourth bay
sets project slightly under front-facing gables, alternating Ham stone quoins, 2-light windows to attic, each with the
remains of diamond-paned leaded lights. Two door openings in chamfered Hamstone surrounds, 4-centred arch heads,
labels, plank doors. Two bay elevation to road. 3-light stone-mullioned windows.
