Stable block. Early C19. Brick, formerly colourwashed, with
half-hipped pantile roof and a brick ridge stack. Rebated
eaves. 2 storeys; 3 x 2 windows. Openings have mainly segment
arched heads. 2 glazing bar tilting casements, flanking an
off-centre loft door. Below, to left, a door with overlight
and stone lintel, and to its right, a tilting casement. To
right again, a board door flanked by single windows, that to
left smaller and flat headed. Then a board door with
overlight, and another window. Left return has, to left, an
elliptical arched carriage opening with double board doors.
Right return has, to left, a set of blocked pigeonholes with a
blocked door below, and to right a window. Below, a central
stable door, and to right a slatted casement with 2 round
arched pig feeders below it.
