Farmhouse, now house. Early C17 with later additions and alterations.
Timber framed with painted brick infill; slate roof. 3-unit baffle-
entry plan. One storey and attic. Framing: square and rectangular
panels, 2 from cill to wall-plate, more closely spaced to left, with
short straight tension braces; V-struts from collar to right gable
end. Four mid-C19 casements, 2 to left and 2 to right of 4-panel
door under C19 gabled timber porch, left and third from left with leaded
lights. Prominent timber framed gabled eaves dormer with 4-light C19
casement immediately to left of centre and late C20 gabled eaves dormers
to left and right. Ridge stack rebuilt in C20 brown brick directly
above entrance and small integral end stack to left. Interior: not
inspected but likely to be of interest. Late C20 flat-roofed addition
to rear on left is not of special architectural interest.
