Cottage, mid C19. Squared tooled stone with tooled-and-margined quoins and
dressings, except for ashlar dressings to front; Welsh slate roof. Single
storey, 3 bays. 3-light chamfered mullioned windows holding 8-pane sashes.
Hipped roof with overhanging eaves; 2 ridge stacks with sunk bands. Each
return shows renewed 12-pane sash window in alternating-block surround.
