TL 70 NW 7/250 Gatehouse to Coval Lodge

Lodge. Circa 1840. Painted brick; low pitched slated roof to overhanging
eaves. 1 storey. 3 bays, the centre widest, the others recessed to right
and left, the latter containing entrance with depressed pointed arched head
and planked door. Centre bay with projecting 3-light square sided bay window
under separate roof; architraves with timber mullions and transom, timber
glazing bars , dividing each light into 2 sub-lights; the upper lights with
painted heads; some original coloured glass to right and centre lights.
Right bay with single architraved window divided vertically into 3 sub-lights
with pointed heads and original coloured glass to spandrels; timber glazing
bars, paired fused stacks to centre.
