Outbuilding, probably a former dairy and brewhouse. C19.
Roughly coursed granite rubble with gabled pantile roof.
Timber lintel over gable-end doorway and windows to side
walls. One of a group of farmbuildings which exemplify the
range of types found on C19 Scillonian farms.
