Cottage, C18. Rubble with stone slate roof and brick stacks. South elevation
single storey, 3 bays,irregular. Two 12-pane sash windows with 9-pane sash to
right, all renewed. Right end shows raised reverse-stepped gable coping.
Rebuilt end stacks. Rear elevation has boarded door flanked by 3-pane casements,
with two paired casements to right, one in former doorway.

C20 extension to north-east, and altered adjacent cottage on west, are not of
special interest.
