House, late C18, incorporating earlier fabric. Squared rubble with cut quoins;
Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks, stone slates on rear outshut. 2 storeys,
3 bays, irregular. Right-of-centre boarded door flanked by renewed 12-pane
sashes; 9-pane sashes to 1st floor. Gable ends have raised reverse-stepped
coping; 2 ridge stacks. Left return 2 renewed 12-pane sashes. Right return
narrow blocked door with irregular-block surround.
