Terraced houses. c.1823. Stuccoed; slate roofs. 4th rate houses behind the main
Sussex Place terrace, built back to back with Nos 38-42 (even) Park Road q.v.
3 storeys and dormered mansards. Segmental bowed fronts 2 windows wide. Semi-
circular arched doorways to right; panelled doors and fanlights, No 30 with radial
pattern. Recessed sashes, most with glazing bars. No 28 has small later conser-
vatory projecting over entrance. Continuous balcony across 1st floor. Parapet
with coping.
