TL 14NW OLD WARDEN MOX HILL

3/173 Oak Farmhouse

House. Circa 1600. Substantial timber frame with colour washed roughcast
render to exterior. Clay tile roof. 3-room plan of one storey and attics,
apparently aisled to both front and rear. Variety of windows, mostly C19
sashes to ground floor, E elevation having 3 gabled dormers with C20
casements. One red brick double ridge stack serving back-to-back hearth. C19
yellow brick integral stack to N gable end. Entrances enclosed within C20
single storey additions to W and S.
