An early C19 house originally called Hartley Cottage. L-shaped. Two storeys
stuccoed. Slate roof and modillion eaves cornice. Four sashes with glazing bars
intact and shutters. Tuscan portico to centre front. The right elevation has a
doorcase with flat hood and brackets and the left side elevation has a Tuscan portico.
