C17 or earlier timber-framed building later converted into 3 cottages called
Red Houses or Cottages, and restored to one dwelling in 1922. Two storeys
faced with tarred weatherboarding except for the easternmost window bay which
is of red brick and grey headers. Hipped thatched roof with pentice behind.
Four casement windows. Simple doorcase.
