House. C19 with C20 modifications. Local stone cut and squared with Cary stone ashlar dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof with large eaves overhang; brick chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. East elevation has 12-pane sash windows with
margins in plain ashlar surrounds with keystones; to lower centre bay a smaller window set in former door surround with Doric pilasters and plain entablature; entrance now on North side in early C20 addition. Interior not seen. Occupies
important position in relation to the Church of St. John the Baptist (qv).
