House and shop. Dated 1679, now mostly C19 work. Local rubble with rendered plinth; Welsh slate roof over base courses of plain tiles between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays irregular fenestration. 4-pane sash window set flush with timber moulded surrounds, lower windows under exposed timber lintols; to bay 3 at both levels 2+4+2 pane oriel windows on wood brackets, and between 3 and 4 plain glazed door in simple opening; spanning whole of lower bay 3 and 4 a slate roofed porch carried on heavy timber brackets of C19 character; between bays 4 and 5 the letter box.
To North West (rear) a plain tile hipped roofed garage.
The Westernmost of a row of three cottages.
