Early C19. 4 storeys and basement. The rear elevation is pebble dashed. Stone
coping. 3 triple sashes to upper floors. The 1st floor has an altered balcony.
Ground floor has a projecting extension with 4 triple sashes. The Albion Street
elevation is of stock-brick and has a left side doorcase with rectangular fanlight
find 6 panelled door, the 2 centre panels-cut away and glazed and a later C19 shop
front. This was formerly the Marine Lending Library which closed in 1864

Royal Albion Hotel, Nos 14 to 26 (even) Nos 30 & 32 form a group.
