With No 8 St Thomas's Street. Semi detached possibly one house originally.
Circa 1830. Two storeys stucco faced. Parapet and cornice. Two windows
in all. One blocked window space. Two bows of two windows each through both
storeys, Windows are recessed, sash, glazing bars intact, block sills.
No 8 St Thomas's Street has a round headed recessed doorway with semi-circular
fanlight and blocked window space over it, The entrance to Devonshire House
is similar, on the Spencer Road front and numbered accordingly.
